Return & Refund Policy

Returns : We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Important:

For damaged product claims, customers must provide a clear, unedited video recording showing the package being opened immediately after delivery.

  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • All type of Cat Scratchers
  • Custom Pet Portraits
  • Pet Tags
  • Pet Paws Ink Pad
  • Custom Cat Hammock

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval), and

  2. Place a new order for the desired product separately.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
