All our cat hammocks are made to order and handmade with care by pet parents. Each piece is created especially for your cat after the order is placed, which makes it truly unique and not mass-produced.
Are these hammocks available anywhere else?
No. These cat hammocks are exclusively designed and made for Soulpurrpose and are not available on any other website or marketplace.
What sizes are available?
We currently offer two size options to ensure the best comfort and support for your cat.
Can I choose a custom colour?
Yes, you can request a preferred colour at the time of ordering.
We will check market availability for the requested colour and confirm accordingly. Since materials are sourced based on availability, custom colours depend on fabric availability.
How long does it take to make a custom colour hammock?
For custom colour requests, the hammock takes up to 15 days to be handmade after the order is confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since each hammock is custom-made, no changes, cancellations, or returns are possible once production has started.
We kindly request you to review all details carefully before placing your order.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for cat hammocks?
No. Full payment is required in advance for all cat hammock orders.
If an order is placed with COD selected, it will be treated as an automatic cancellation.
Why is full payment required?
Each hammock is handmade specifically for your order, including material sourcing and craftsmanship. Full payment helps us begin the production process with care and commitment.
